The average monthly net asset value of the exchange-traded funds of Expat Asset Management EAD –  Expat Serbia BELEX15 UCITS ETF, Expat Macedonia MBI10 UCITS ETF, Expat Poland WIG20 UCITS ETF, Expat Greece ASE UCITS ETF and Expat Slovakia SAX UCITS ETF, over the past 6 months is below the minimum of 500,000 BGN, as prescribed in Art. 9 of the Collective Investment Schemes and Other Undertakings for Collective Investments Act as result of redemption. We have undertaken the listing of two of those funds on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, as well as promoting the funds and building a network of distributors with an aim of acquiring new investors. These measures have already impacted positively the other Expat Asset Management EAD’s ETFs, which are reporting an increase in the net asset value, as well as trading volumes on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The above-mentioned measures have been put in place and the timeframe of the net asset value recovery is estimated to be 6 months.
