Expat launches two mutual funds

The Financial Supervision Commission granted Expat Asset Management two mutual fund licences today. Expat New Europe Stocks and Expat New Europe Properties are mutual funds focused on the stock markets in Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine.
Expat New Europe Stocks is a high-risk performance-focused mutual fund, aimed at carefully chosen undervalued companies with strong immediate to mid-term appreciation potential or cash-generating capacity, listed on the stock exchanges in EU member contries Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Opportunities in Serbia, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey will also be considered.
Expat New Europe Properties is a medium-risk mutual fund aimed at listed real estate investment trusts and property companies operating in Central and Eatern Europe.
