Expat Capital will participate in the Bulgarian Capital Market Day in London

Expat Capital – the largest specialized asset manager in Bulgaria – will be one of the participating companies at the Bulgarian Capital Market Day, organized by the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The event will take place in London on Thursday, 18 May 2017, and will be hosted by EBRD.

As part of the opening panel, Mr. Nikolay Vassilev, Managing Partner at Expat Capital, will make a macro overview of the Bulgarian economy.
During the company presentations, Mr. Nicola Yankov, Managing Partner at Expat Capital, will present Expat Bulgaria SOFIX UCITS ETF – the Bulgarian exchange-traded fund which tracks the performance of the SOFIX Index. The fund is listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia (ticker BGX). The fund is recognized by the FCA for public offering in the UK and is currently undergoing a listing process for the London Stock Exchange. The ETF is fully compliant with the UCITS directive of the European Union and is suitable for any investors who want a liquid and diversified exposure to the Bulgarian capital market.
The Bulgarian Capital Market Day is a one-day event whose objective is to present an outlook of the Bulgarian capital market, as well as the investment opportunities and the latest developments on BSE – Sofia to foreign institutional investors. The roadshow is aiming to provide insight to investors interested in the CEE region, giving them an in-depth view of the Bulgarian capital market and the top 10 listed Bulgarian companies. The guests of the event will have the opportunity to meet with senior executives of the leading Bulgarian public companies after the presentations during one-on-one meetings (registration required).
