Gergana Milcheva joined the Expat team in 2021, having many years of experience in the financial sector.

She has worked as Head of Settlement, Reporting and Administrative Services at Alpha Asset Management. She was the founder of the call center of First Investment Bank, as well as creator and manager of other corporate contact centers. Her experience includes working as Financial and Administrative Manager of the Center for Inclusive Education, as well as Managing Owner of a company in the field of customer service Aerlin Pro.

Gergana has a Master's degree in Bulgarian language and literature from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She speaks English.
