Notice Regarding the delisting of ETFs in Slovenia

24.06.2025

Expat Asset Management EAD would like to inform investors in the following collective investment schemes: Expat Bulgaria SOFIX UCITS ETF, Expat Serbia BELEX15 UCITS ETF, Expat Macedonia MBI10 UCITS ETF, Expat Croatia CROBEX UCITS ETF, and Expat Slovenia SBI TOP UCITS ETF, that the shares of the above-mentioned funds are no longer traded on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, as the marketing in the sense of Article 93 of Directive 2009/65/EC on the territory of Slovenia was terminated in 2023.

In this regard, in order for investors to retain their investment and avoid complications, we invite them to become direct clients of Expat Asset Management EAD by transferring their units. The process is free of charge for investors.

By entering into an agreement with Expat Asset Management EAD, investors:

  • Remain an investor in the fund without disruption
  • Gain access to a wide range of additional investment opportunities offered by Expat
  • Receive ongoing support and transparency

Alternatively, for investors who do not wish to maintain their participation, the option to redeem their shares at market price is available.

In order to proceed, investors should indicate their preference — whether they wish to transfer their shares and become clients of Expat Asset Management EAD, or to sell their units. Information regarding the broker used must also be provided so that assistance can be provided in the process if necessary.
