Expat Beta REIT realized 20% annual yield selling Properties in Bankya

Expat Beta REIT sold 2 plots zoned for development and construction in St. Stefan Residential Complex, town of Bankya, with a total area of 1956 sq.m.

These properties were purchased by the fund in 2011 with a buy-back option for 3 years. This option was exercised, and the fund realized a capital gain of 20% annualized.
