Expat Beta REIT sold Properties in Bankya

Expat Beta REIT sold 9 plots zoned for development and construction in St. Stefan Residential Complex, town of Bankya, with a total area of 9727 sq.m.

These properties were purchased by the fund at the beginning of 2013 with a buy-back option for 3 years with a 20% annual yield for the REIT without capitalization. This option was exercised, and the fund realized a capital gain of about 10% for the holding period of the asset.
