Effective 6 October 2010, Mr. Harri Tilev has joined Expat Capital as Managing Partner and a Board Member. The change of the management team is due to an acquisition of 34% of the company by Dar Finance EOOD, conducted through a capital increase of BGN 361,500. 800 300 new shares have been bought from the capital increase of Expat Beta REIT. Thus the number of shareholders has almost doubled, and the fund capital reached BGN 5,143,190. This is an increase of the assets of over 18.4% – very few Bulgarian companies may achieve this today. Read more »
