Expat New Europe Properties

Expat New Europe Properties is an open-ended mutual fund with daily quotes under Art. 164a of the Law on Public Offering of Securities (POSA).

Instruments: Primarily intended for investments in REITs, other real estate related products, and stocks
Geographic focus: CEE, SEE and the CIS countries
Risk profile: Balanced
Minimum investment: BGN 100

The fund is a type of collective scheme of investment in liquid shares, debt securities, fixed income instruments and other eligible financial assets. The fund is divided into shares, which are constantly being offered for sale to investors and buy back from the Expat Asset Management Ltd. at the request of customers. Mutual fund is not a legal entity and is organized and managed by a management company which takes all decisions regarding the existence, functioning and termination of the Fund.

The Fund was organized on 7 January 2008 by a decision of the Board of Directors of Expat Asset Management and was established by entry in the register of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) on 20 May 2008. The Fund operates under constant supervision of the FSC.
