Expat Development Fund

Expat Development Fund is a real estate investment trust, intended for investments in real estate projects in Bulgaria. The first two projects are planned to be two residential developments in the city of Varna.

The equity capital is planned to be BGN 10 mln in early 2010, with a subsequent capital increase to over BGN 15 mln in 2010. Thus, the vehicle should be opened for investments to the public and for trading sometime in 2010.

The intended level of leverage is modest – in line with Expat Capital's usual financing philosophy.
