Expat Beta

Expat Beta is a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia, regulated by the FSC and managed by Expat Capital. The fund aims at a balanced portfolio of commercial, office, residential, and vacation properties in prime locations. Several new investment projects are currently in the pipeline.
