Expat Alpha is our private equity vehicle focused on "special situations" such as pre-IPO opportunities, distressed assets and small to mid-sized companies with great growth potential, innovative products/business models and strong management teams.

Currently, the vehicle is fully invested in listed instruments. However, it is ready to be used for private equity deals when an appropriate opportunity arises. In the autumn of 2009, our team has considered over a dozen potential targets.
